Job Title: Business Development Executive – Construction Finance

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in construction finance. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through financing solutions for developers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction/real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and real estate finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable finance products (project funding, working capital, LAP, etc.).
• Generate leads through networking, references, and market research.
• Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to source appropriate funding solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on leads, opportunities, and closures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction finance / real estate funding products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under deadlines.
• Networking ability within the real estate/construction ecosystem.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance / Business / Commerce (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,156.56 - ₹42,391.26 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
