As a Sales Executive at Adventum Student Living Pvt Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales effectively. You will be tasked with assisting students in finding affordable, convenient, and secure accommodation options from our extensive property listings, maintaining continuous communication with students throughout the process. Your role will involve ensuring a comprehensive sales process to achieve maximum customer conversion rates and providing seamless communication to offer a perfect match for student requirements. Moreover, as a Sales Executive, you will be expected to address student queries promptly and professionally, while also liaising with property managers in the UK, US, and Australia to enhance our company's services and accomplishments. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who proactively seeks out and engages with leads, understands their needs thoroughly, qualifies opportunities effectively, and proposes suitable solutions. To be considered a successful applicant for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Financial Management, or Arts.
