Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (Fresher) to support our client acquisition efforts and generate new business leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of online bidding platforms or email outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential markets and customer needs through research

• Schedule meetings/calls with potential clients

• Promote services to prospective clients and tailor solutions

• Prepare client agreements or contracts

• Build and manage long-term client relationships


Preferred Exposure (Any of the following):

• Online bidding (Freelancer, Upwork, etc.)

• Email marketing and cold outreach

• Cold calling (old and new leads)


Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong time management and planning skills

• High attention to detail


Educational Qualification (Required):

• BE/BTech

• BSc or MSc – IT

• MBA – Marketing

(Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
