Job Description Responsibility includes B2B Business Development for India’s largest financial services training organisation FPA Edutech. Role & responsibilities : Relationship management of existing associations with various colleges, management institutes and other educational institutions. Need to liaison with authorities at various colleges and university and engaging them for various initiatives of FPA. Approaching colleges, management institutes and other educational institutions and entering into an association with them for promotion of various short-term and long-term programs offered by FPA Edutech. Organising and handling the complete life cycle of online or offline presentations/seminars/webinars. Ensuring brand visibility through various innovative initiatives in colleges. Reaching out to colleges and private universities in regions other than Mumbai / Thane. Closing colleges for Add on programs through hybrid models. Periodic engagement with franchise partners to keep the motivation levels high and ensuring numbers. Relationship management with organisations for placements of students trained by FPA Edutech. Relationship management with organisations for promotion of various professional programs for their employees. Data updating & management. Preferred candidate profile : Understanding college / employers requirements and presenting appropriately Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners in person and via telephone calls and emails Arrange meetings with potential partners to prospect for new business Acting as a contact between the organisation and its existing and potential markets Gathering market and customer information, Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Reviewing your own key performance indicators, aiming to meet or exceed expectations Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues Required qualification: Graduate / MBA / Post Graduates Good communication skills Should have Excel knowledge Male candidates preferred Minimum 2 years of experience.
