Job Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Forecast sales volumes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Team Leadership Train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance. Motivate and mentor team members to improve skills and achieve goals. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding UPVC window products. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 4. Market Development Identify and expand distribution networks within the assigned region. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management. Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability for the region. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Experience Minimum 2-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or UPVC window industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Technical knowledge of UPVC/Aluminium windows and their applications.
