About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in the event industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in sponsorship acquisition, award partnerships, and client relationship management, playing a key role in driving revenue growth, securing strategic collaborations, and supporting the overall success of events and award initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential sponsors, partners, and clients across industries.
• Drive sponsorship opportunities and secure partnerships for events, exhibitions, and award shows.
• Manage award-related partnerships by engaging with organizations and senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
• Oversee the full business development cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (events, marketing, operations) to deliver sponsor/partner commitments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in business development within the event industry (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in sponsorship acquisition and award partnerships.
• Strong professional network in the corporate and event sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and client presentations.
