Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Pitch our recruitment solutions to HRs, Founders, and decision-makers
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to understand and fulfill client requirements
  • Meet targets related to lead generation and closures

Requirements

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in

    Business Development / Sales

    (preferably in recruitment or staffing domain)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in client interactions and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setup if required
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
