Business Development Executive

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential business clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with clients to present products/services and understand business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and interactions.
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B field sales or business development.
• Must be willing to travel frequently and conduct on-site meetings with clients.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (if required for field visits).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,837.20 per month
