Business development executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Business Development Executive – University Online Courses

Company Overview:
We are a leading educational consultancy and the official partner for 20+ prestigious Indian universities, each with a minimum NAAC A Grade accreditation. Our focus is to guide students toward the right academic path through recognized UG, PG, MBA, and other online degree programs.

Job Location: Work from Office / Work from Home (as applicable)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students from the leads provided (generated through Meta ads).
• Explain available courses, admission process, and university details clearly and confidently.
• Provide complete career guidance and counsel students to choose suitable UG, PG, or MBA programs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student details in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional language).
• Ability to build rapport and handle student queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Prior telecalling, sales, or counseling experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
