Business development executive

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns/Freshers to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in sales and business growth. As part of the Business Development team, you will learn how to identify new opportunities, engage with clients, and contribute to revenue growth under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead sourcing.
• Support in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Learn to understand client requirements and help in preparing tailored proposals.
• Participate in sales calls, presentations, and client meetings with senior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Maintain records of business development activities in CRM tools.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor insights to contribute ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
• Strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
