Business development executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting Bio CNG operations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, understanding their product requirements, and effectively promoting offerings to expand the customer base. Possessing a Chemistry background along with hands-on experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in the Pharma or Chemical Industry is essential. Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Social Media, and Email marketing is required to drive sales growth and lead generation. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach prospective customers in relevant industries. - Conduct client meetings to gather detailed technical and commercial specifications. - Promote Bio CNG products to new and existing customers. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement roles, preferably in the energy, chemical, or sustainability sectors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal abilities. - Proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Self-motivation. Additional Details: This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and Hindi. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.
