Job Description – Business Development Associate (Healthcare Plans & Services) Location: Jammu | Type: Full-time Role Overview: We seek a motivated Business Development Associate to drive sales and marketing of healthcare plans in Jammu by partnering with private business owners and expanding customer reach. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and onboard private businesses for healthcare plan and services sales. Execute local marketing campaigns & promotional activities. Build strong client relationships to ensure renewals & referrals. Conduct market research and suggest strategies for growth. Requirements: Graduate in any field, preferred business studies 0–3 years in sales/BD/marketing (healthcare/insurance preferred). Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
