Business development executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the college’s programs.
• Plan and execute outreach activities such as school visits, education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, career counselors, and educational consultants.
• Conduct presentations and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand-building initiatives.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align promotional strategies with program strengths.
• Ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the admission process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, admissions, or education sales (preferably in design or creative education).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-driven with proven track record of achieving targets.
• Comfortable with travel for outreach and events.
• Creative thinking and passion for design and education are a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
