About Us: UrbanVue Interactive is revolutionizing real estate marketing with Interactive 3D experiences. We are a fast-growing startup seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our mission of “Reimagining the way home buyers visualize their future homes in India.” Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will focus exclusively on outside sales—cold visits, face-to-face client meetings, and on-site demos. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and driving revenue for our Real Estate technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • B2B Sales: Drive end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals • Outside Sales: Conduct cold visits to head offices and marketing site offices. Lead in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to establish trust and accelerate conversions • Manage objection handling of customers with respect to product, competition, pricing & expectations • Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on leads from campaigns, events, and referrals • Market Insights: Understand customer pain points and position our solutions as the right fit • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in [CRM Tool, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for smooth client handover and onboarding Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: 0 - 2 years in B2B sales, with a strong focus on outside sales—preferably in Real Estate Tech, SaaS, or IT services • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in cold visits, in-person lead generation, and closing high-value deals (experience in Real Estate Tech is a plus) • Communication: Excellent at pitching, negotiating, and building client relationships • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to prospect target audiences across various platforms and sources • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred) • Mindset: Self-starter with a target-driven approach, well-suited for a fast-paced startup • Must have a bike and a valid driver’s license, as the role involves regular travel
