Job Description

The Business Development Executive position is currently available for individuals with 13 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in the CCTV and security solutions sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring clients within the Gujarat region through active field sales activities, relationship building, and territory-based business development efforts. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in CCTV sales or related sectors, demonstrate a target-driven approach, and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the designated territory - Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships to foster repeat business - Showcasing, promoting, and explaining CCTV & security solutions to potential customers - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives through persistent follow-ups and successful closures - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to drive territory growth - Providing timely reports on sales activities and pipeline status Core Skill Set: - Demonstrated proficiency in field sales with notable negotiation and closing capabilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously, deliver under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently - Expertise in territory management and building long-lasting client relationships Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Sales/Marketing specialisation - Background in CCTV sales (minimum 12 years) or relevant experience in IT/Telecom/Fintech/Insurance/Surveillance sectors - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting using Excel Must-Have Criteria: - 13 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for CCTV sales background - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and client management - Self-motivated, driven by targets, and ready to travel extensively within Gujarat - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a field-based role,
