Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calls, and digital channels.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals.
  • Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for business improvement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.


Educational Qualification & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Freshers /Experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (entry-level also possible for fresher roles)
