At NurturingCubs, we help businesses grow digitally through SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google & Meta Ads, Website Development, and Digital Advertising. Based in Adampur, Punjab, we serve both Indian and international clients.


Role Overview

We are looking for a client-focused Business Development Executive who can confidently engage with international and Indian clients, pitch our digital marketing services, and close deals. If you have strong English communication skills, a sales mindset, and basic knowledge of digital marketing, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Conversion:

    Handle leads generated and convert them into paying clients for SEO, Ads, and Web Development.
  • International Communication

    : Conduct calls, emails, and online meetings with foreign and domestic clients.
  • Proposals & Presentations

    : Create tailored proposals and clearly explain solutions.
  • Relationship Management

    : Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the marketing & technical teams to align sales pitches with service delivery.


Requirements


  • Education

    : Graduate (any stream). Preference for IT, Business, or Marketing background.
  • Experience

    : 1–5 years in sales (Digital Marketing/IT services preferred, but strong sales attitude + digital marketing knowledge will also be considered).
  • Language Skills

    : Fluent English (spoken & written) is essential. Hindi/Punjabi is a plus.
  • Skills

    : Strong communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and CRM handling.
  • Mindset

    : Target-driven, proactive, and eager to grow.
