Role Description

We're looking for a go-getter who eats business growth for breakfast and dreams in pitch decks. If you’re someone who loves making connections, writing compelling cold emails, and chasing big opportunities, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new leads via Instagram, LinkedIn, and marketplaces
• Cold calling leads
• Writing snappy, smart cold DMs, emails, and pitch messages
• Setting up calls with founders and decision-makers
• Assisting in client onboarding and relationship management
• Creating proposals and helping build our agency's growth engine

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in English (written + spoken)
• Have a Gen Z sense of what’s cool, what sells, and what sticks
• Are hungry to learn, build and grow FAST
• Are obsessed with startups, brand-building and digital trends
• Have at least 1 year(s) of work experience in business development

• Have worked with/at an agency before
• Wouldn't mind being a part of our reels sometimes
• Know how to stalk potential clients better than the FBI
