Role Overview

Business Development Executive Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Support lead generation activities through calls, visits, and networking
• Understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to business growth strategies and market expansion
• Research market trends and competitor activities
