Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote lab-grown diamond testing machines
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets
  • Follow up on leads via phone, email, and field visits
  • Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events to represent the company

Requirements :

  • One to Two years of B2B sales experience (diamond industry experience is a plus)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
  • Basic technical understanding of machinery preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office & reporting tools
