Our 40+ member team in India supports key functions such as HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, Estimation, and Marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and growth for our UAE operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, supporting the sales division, and contributing to strategic business initiatives that strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Recruit, coach, and monitor sales team performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.
• Identify emerging markets, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales teams to enhance business strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Telesales background preferred).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
