Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Corporate Gifting) based in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing corporate accounts. The role includes identifying potential clients, presenting corporate gifting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent account management practices. Collaboration with internal teams to meet targets and ensure high-quality service is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Expertise in Account Management to foster productive client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Strong Business acumen to understand the market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional Communication skills to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the corporate gifting industry is a plus.
