Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our rapidly growing provider of staff augmentation solutions and business services specializing in IT talent, technology staffing, and business-to-business (B2B) solutions, your role will be crucial in expanding our reach, securing new partnerships, and driving business growth. In this commission-based position, your earnings will be directly tied to your success in generating new leads and closing deals. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential B2B clients seeking staff augmentation or IT talent solutions, developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, and tailoring proposals effectively by researching client needs and pain points. You will also be responsible for initiating, negotiating, and closing new business contracts with potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting our services in meetings to understand client requirements. In managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. You will track leads, sales, and commissions earned, report progress to the Sales Manager or Director of Business Development, and strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings, and revenue. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share and client base. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing, recruitment, or staff augmentation, along with a strong understanding of the staffing industry, particularly in IT, technology, and professional services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently, drive sales performance, and adapt to digital tools for communication, presentations, and data analysis. A strong network of contacts in the IT and staffing industry is a plus.
