Job Description

You will be working for Print Mario, a Gifting Company based in Bhopal. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating online sales from the office through various digital platforms, managing leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for online inquiries and play a key role in growing the company’s revenue. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads through online platforms (social media, email, website, marketplaces, etc.) Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales. Follow up with potential customers through phone, email, and chat. Maintain and update CRM or lead management tools regularly. Attend and handle walk-in or scheduled customer appointments at the office. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions or online campaigns. Prepare and share sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
