As a Management Trainee (Business Development) at CollegeBatch, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to execute sales strategies for generating business from different Colleges and Universities. Your willingness to learn about sales management skills and support the team in generating new business, maintaining positive client connections, providing post-sale services, and keeping all information and documents updated will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist seniors in day-to-day sales activities, managing sales schedules, filing important documents, and preparing Minutes of the Meetings. - Support the sales team in generating new business through activities like cold calling, setting up meetings, identifying prospects through research, finding relevant Educational events, collections, and keeping the team updated. - Provide solutions to client queries, offer after-sales support, and address client complaints effectively. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, contributing to overall client satisfaction. - Promptly respond to client inquiries via phone or email, and communicate any delays or issues with clients in coordination with the backend team. - Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of seniors. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong coordination abilities. - A team player with high energy, dedication, and a willingness to learn. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets. - Experience in conducting Online Meetings using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. - Must have access to a Car or a 2-wheeler for local coverage in Pune. - Educational qualification: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Positive and growth mindset.
