Role Description

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate partnership growth for Cointel. You'll help expand our ecosystem by building collaborations with Web3 projects, data platforms, communities, and marketing partners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the crypto landscape, loves networking, and wants to shape how AI and Web3 ecosystems grow together.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential partners, projects, and communities that align with Cointel's vision.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.

Create and manage partnership proposals, decks, and outreach materials.

Support execution of partnership activations, AMAs, and joint marketing campaigns.

Track progress and maintain partnership data using CRM tools.

Represent Cointel at crypto events, meetups, and networking sessions globally or online.

Stay up to date with trends in the Web3, AI, and crypto ecosystems to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth (preferably in Web3, fintech, or tech startups).

Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto trends, and community dynamics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Based in Delhi and available for on-site collaboration.
