Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–4 years of proven experience in generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a strong understanding of the market trends within our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive recurring business.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and expos to represent the company and build connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product/service offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the [service industry IT services, SaaS, etc.].
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and RFP processes.
