Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Sector 54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Contact potential or existing customers through multiple outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Cold call people using a given phone directory to identify potential clients.
Uncover new business opportunities within the client base to drive growth.
Coordinate with the Field sales team for new leads and ensure seamless communication.
Collect data on companies through online sources to support business development efforts.
Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities and build relationships.

Job Requirements

Ability to work independently and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills, Excel skills, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Reliable, patient, and professional in approach to achieve business goals.
Well-groomed and presentable to represent the company professionally.
Experience in B2B calling, domestic calling, telecalling, or telemarketing is preferred.
