Client Relationship Management and Customer support. Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle troubleshooting. Take care of client accounts and make sure that client relation is handled professionally. Participation and support in promotional events /seminars / Training and development. Excellent verbal and written communication. Updated with latest trends of IT and software industry
