Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Outbound Sales

    : Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, sales navigator and other lead generation platforms.
  • Lead Qualification

    : Qualify leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring they align with the companys target audience and services.
  • Pipeline Management

    : Maintain and update the system with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Relationship Building

    : Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team when needed.
  • Sales Pitching

    : Present company services to prospects, tailoring pitches to address specific business needs and challenges.
  • Negotiation and Closing

    : Negotiate deals, handle objections, and drive the sales process toward closing.
  • Market Research

    : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets.
  • Reporting

    : Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, B2B services].
  • Communication Skills

    : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Acumen

    : Solid understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Goal-Oriented

    : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Problem Solving

    : Ability to quickly assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-Motivated

    : Strong drive for results with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Educational Qualifications

    :  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
