Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive Experience : 0-5 Years Skillset : Mongo DB, Express JS, Angular, Node, Nest JS. Vacancy : 5 Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company s growth by promoting our IT services. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and social media(Linkedin / Apollo / Lusha / upwork / Guru). Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services. Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in IT or tech services). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present technical information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with software development, cloud services, ERP, or other IT solutions. Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
