Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential clients in targeted industries.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, job boards, and forums to source and qualify leads.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach:
  • Make 50+ calls daily to establish contact with prospects and secure meetings.
  • Send personalized emails, InMail, and follow-ups to engage with potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct initial calls to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain an updated CRM system with detailed notes, next steps, and follow-ups.
  • Track all activities and ensure timely updates for every lead.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build strong rapport with clients and maintain consistent communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning Rapid Consulting Services as a partner rather than a vendor.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the recruitment and technical teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
  • Share client feedback with management to enhance service delivery and offerings.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Submit daily and weekly progress reports, including the number of calls made, meetings scheduled, and deals closed.
  • Analyze sales performance to refine strategies and achieve targets.

Performance Expectations

  • Quarterly Revenue Targets:
  • Generate $75,000$100,000 in gross revenue each quarter by closing new contracts for IT Staff Augmentation and System Integration services.
  • Secure at least 35 new client contracts per quarter.
  • Daily & Weekly Performance Metrics:
  • 50+ high-quality outbound calls daily to new leads.
  • Schedule 1015 qualified meetings per week with prospective clients.
  • Convert 2025% of meetings into opportunities with high potential for closure.
  • Client Retention:
  • Ensure high satisfaction with new clients, contributing to long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute.

Experience

  • 4+ years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically in IT Staff Augmentation and/or System Integration services.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
  • Communication & Presentation:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently present tailored solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Sales & Prospecting:
  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead qualification techniques.
  • Skilled in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems for lead generation.
  • Tools & Technology:
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and reporting systems.
  • Adaptability & Resilience:
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle rejection constructively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tailor strategies for diverse client needs.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Meticulous in tracking client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IT staffing and system integration industry trends and challenges.
  • Passion for relationship building and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, if required.
