Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Rapsys Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, bidding on Upwork, and a strong background in IT services and consulting.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through Upwork bidding.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development, bidding on Upwork, and the IT services and consulting industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and consulting principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
