Business Development Executive (Bidder)

Position: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Phase-8B, Mohali
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of proven expertise in handling online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr, specifically for web development and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in lead generation, client communication, and project acquisition, with a strategic mindset to scale business opportunities in the tech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and other relevant portals.
• Generating leads and converting them into successful projects.
• Identifying and acquiring projects in web development (e.g., WordPress, PHP, etc.) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
• Writing customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
• Engaging in client communication, understanding project requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
• Working closely with the technical and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in online bidding and business development, particularly in web development and digital marketing domains.
• Strong knowledge of bidding portals and hands-on experience with crafting persuasive proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs, consult on suitable services, and close deals confidently.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
