Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/software solutions (Web, Mobile, AI, CRM, ERP, Shopify, etc.).
• Create and present business proposals, quotations, and project plans to clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong lead generation and closing ability.
• Understanding of IT/software development services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Shopify, CRM/ERP, and AI solutions.
• Ability to network, build client relationships, and convert leads into sales.
• Knowledge of online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and social selling on LinkedIn & other platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT/Software industry preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
