Role Description Should be able to play the “hunter” role, Customer Nurturing, Client Relationship and Co-ordination with the Reporting Manager. - Ability to nurture the contacts from the database with regular follow ups and build up their interest level to generate opportunities for new business - To work on Company allotted CRM software and maintaining the data. - Able to refine the given data to improve the quality of it as per the need of the campaign. - - Strong research and strategic analysis skills. - Good Communication Skills, Ability to understand the accent of a client over the phone. Good command over Spoken English. - Should be flexible to adapt work hours and timings as per the need of the campaign to execute with desired geography. Qualifications Strong communication over the text and call Experience in social media or digitally client-facing roles preferred.
