Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

WiseWebTek is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the web design, IT services, or digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads for web design, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions based on WiseWebTek’s service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (IT / Digital Marketing sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of web design, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems (preferred).
• Good analytical and market research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
