**Job Description:** You will be responsible for Inside Sales, managing sales activities within the office environment. Your main focus will be achieving Monthly Targets by meeting or exceeding monthly Core Sales targets. Additionally, you will be handling Lead Management by working on fresh leads assigned to generate new business opportunities. Data Management is also a crucial part of your role, where you will utilize assigned data to drive sales and achieve targets. Another aspect of your job will involve Candidate Counselling, where you will provide guidance and support to candidates from across India.
