Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and kirana retailers across the Kolkata region. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using market visits, field surveys, and networking. Client Acquisition: Pitch the ice cream product range effectively to B2B clients. Conduct sampling sessions and close deals with retail and HoReCa partners. Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. Monitor sell-through rates and ensure product availability at key locations. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for service issues, restocking, or marketing support. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. Suggest marketing activities to increase sales velocity in the region.
