We are expanding our business development team and looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow with us! 🧩 Roles Available: Business Development Executive (BDE) Business Development Manager (BDM) 💼 Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard partners and clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Drive sales conversions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle Pitch ZoopShip’s solutions to potential franchise partners and clients Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account management Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 4+ years of experience in sales/business development Experience in franchise sales is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 💰 Compensation & Perks: Competitive salary starting from ₹25K up to ₹40K (based on experience) Attractive incentive plans tied to performance Opportunity to grow with a high-potential startup Dynamic and supportive work culture
