Job Description

Job Summary: Act as a property advisor and guide clients through the real estate process across Maharashtra & Rest of Maharashtra (ROM). Generate new client leads and expand the customer base. Develop a strong network with brokers, channel partners, and real estate stakeholders to drive business growth in the region. Ensure high client satisfaction by offering tailored property solutions and market insights. Key Responsibilities: Guide prospective clients on property selection, site visits, and deal closures. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners. Organize and participate in local real estate events, expos, and promotional campaigns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property laws, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion, and market feedback. Act as a key point of contact between the company and external real estate stakeholders in ROM. Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Good understanding of local real estate market in Rest of Maharashtra Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
