Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are a growing travel company with a strong online presence. Our clients discover us through digital channels, and we pride ourselves on providing personalized travel solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Travel Consultant to join our team and help turn online leads into satisfied travelers. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries generated through online platforms, social media, and digital campaigns. Engage with potential clients primarily via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels. Understand clients’ travel needs and recommend suitable packages, itineraries, and services. Proactively follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Provide accurate travel information including destinations, pricing, accommodations, and activities. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Upsell additional services such as tours, activities, insurance, and upgrades. Requirements:Previous experience in travel consultancy, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable working over WhatsApp, phone calls, and online chat. Knowledge of popular travel destinations, packages, and booking systems is an advantage. Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
