At Travel Connection , we specialize in curating personalized and unforgettable travel experiences for travelers exploring India. From the Golden Triangle to Kerala backwaters, our mission is to make every journey seamless, memorable, and hassle-free. We are looking for a passionate, target-driven Sales Executive who loves talking to people and has excellent command over English. Key Responsibilities Speak confidently and professionally with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Understand clients’ travel preferences and suggest the most suitable tour packages. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and offering value. Follow up consistently with interested leads to close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and bookings in CRM tools. Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Requirements:Fluent in spoken and written English – must be able to hold engaging conversations. Excellent communication and persuasion skills – talking should feel like your passion, not a task. Sales mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Friendly, patient, and trustworthy tone when dealing with international clients. Prior experience in travel/tourism sales is a plus but not mandatory. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, Email, WhatsApp Business)
