Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of travel operations, good communication skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily travel operations including hotel bookings, transfers, itinerary preparation, and vendor coordination. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional manner. Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents as required. Coordinate with suppliers and partners for bookings and confirmations. Maintain and update internal databases, passenger details, and booking records. Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments, confirmations, and documentation. Support senior team members in executing domestic and international travel packages. Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks when needed. Required SkillsBasic understanding of travel agency operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication. Ability to draft and respond to emails professionally. Basic English and Hindi communication skills (spoken & written). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
