· Handle B2B agent inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. · Prepare and share cost-effective quotations & itineraries. · Provide destination expertise. · Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and profitable margins. · Maintain strong relationships with travel agents and ensure timely follow-ups. · Update agents about new packages, promotions, and seasonal offers. · Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of tours. · Keep track of market trends and competitor pricing.
