Travel Connection is a growing travel agency helping people explore incredible destinations with affordable, customized, and hassle-free travel packages. We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who has excellent convincing power, loves talking to people, and is driven to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic and international travel packages. Understand clients’ travel needs and present the most suitable packages. Convince and persuade customers to finalize their bookings. Build trust, follow up consistently, and convert leads into confirmed sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Keep proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM or spreadsheets. Coordinate with backend and operations teams for smooth service delivery. Requirements: Strong convincing power and ability to close sales. Passion for talking to people and building connections. Target-driven with willingness to work under performance goals. Prior sales experience (travel, loans, credit cards, call center, etc.) preferred. Computer and internet savvy – able to use WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets. Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are welcome.
