Job Description

Upwork, Freelancer

Key Responsibilities

Actively bid and apply for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals
Initiate conversations, negotiate, and close deals with international clients
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of proposals and estimates
Maintain accurate lead tracking using Excel, Sheets, or CRM tools
Meet monthly targets and reporting expectations

Requirements

Strong written English and proposal writing skills
Familiarity with freelance bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Self-motivated, consistent, and target-driven approach
Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, UI/UX, etc.)
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Prior freelancing or BDE experience is a plus, not mandatory
