Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship Management Regular visits to hospitals, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and other key decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Sales & Quotation Management Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals in coordination with the sales team. Negotiate with clients to close business deals. Track and follow up on submitted quotations/tenders until finalization. Market Intelligence Understand industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement and business strategy.
