Business Development Executive (BDE)

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in online bidding across freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, and others. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing persuasive proposals, and building strong client relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelance platforms.
• Draft tailored, high-quality proposals showcasing our expertise.
• Communicate with clients to understand project needs, negotiate scope, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.
• Maintain records of bids, conversions, and client communications.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

• 1–3 years of proven experience with online bidding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft compelling client-centric proposals.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, SaaS, and custom software development is preferred.
