Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in the solar industry, particularly in hardcore sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting solar sites, onboarding customers, and managing post-sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits: Regularly visit solar power plants and meet site managers and operations teams to pitch our solar panel cleaning robots.
• Vendor Enrolment: Visit potential customers to initiate and complete vendor registration processes.
• Follow-up on Existing Clients: Ensure consistent communication with existing customers for repeat orders and service satisfaction.
• New Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and convert new leads for expanding the customer base in Rajasthan.
• Quotation Follow-ups: Track and follow up on previous quotations shared with clients to close the deals efficiently.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct physical meetings with clients for product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, industry trends, and client feedback to improve strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports on customer visits, lead status, and closures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the solar energy sector (B2B, site-level sales preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred)
